This policy covers imagic-ai.com and the Imagic AI API. The short version: images are uploaded only for processing, results are deleted after 24 hours unless you are signed in and choose to keep them in your history, and we never use your images to train models.
Images you upload
Tools marked as running in your browser (for example face blurring) process the image on your device; it is never uploaded.
Other tools upload the image to our servers over HTTPS, process it, and return the result. Uploads are limited to 24 MB per image on the website and 22 MB through the API. The uploaded original is not kept after processing; large files sent through direct upload are held in temporary storage and deleted within one day.
A few AI tools (such as upscaling and photo restoration) send the image to Replicate, a model-hosting provider, to run the model. Replicate receives the image only to run that model and return the result.
We do not look at, log, sell or train models on your images.
Results
A processed result is stored at a long, random, unlisted link on our CDN (cdn.imagic-ai.com) so you can download it. Anyone who has that exact link can open it until it is deleted, so don't use the tools for confidential images. Results are deleted automatically 24 hours after they are created.
If you are signed in, a private copy of each result is saved to your history, readable only through short-lived links issued to your account. It stays until you delete it or delete your account.
Accounts
Signing in is optional and uses Google. We store your Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture, plus the saved history, workflows and API keys you create. API keys are stored only as a hash.
Usage limits and analytics
To enforce daily limits we count requests per day against a one-way hash of your IP address and a browser cookie; the raw IP is not stored with the count.
We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand which pages and tools are used (for example: a tool was opened, a file was selected, a result was downloaded). These events do not contain your images. Both run only on imagic-ai.com and may set their own cookies or local storage.
Your choices
You can delete individual results from your history at any time. To delete your account and everything attached to it, or to request a copy of what we hold, email qiren007@gmail.com from the address you sign in with.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
