By using imagic-ai.com or the Imagic AI API you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Your content
You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the results. Results carry no watermark and no attribution requirement; you can use them commercially. You must have the right to process every image you upload.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything illegal, to process images of people without a lawful basis, to create sexual content involving minors, or to harass or impersonate anyone. Don't try to get around rate limits, overload the service, or access other people's data. We may block requests or accounts that do.
Limits and the API
Free use is subject to daily limits shown in each tool and in the API documentation. Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for requests made with them. We may change limits, tools or the API, and will try to give API users notice of breaking changes.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and free of charge. AI output can be wrong or imperfect — check results before relying on them. We don't guarantee the service will always be available, and results are deleted after 24 hours, so download what you need.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Imagic AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
